    A BT office building with Permitted Development rights for conversion to 34 residential apartments.


A JV with Brooksplace. The site was acquired  with secured consent for 51 apartments and built out over
18 months.

We managed the planning, construction and sale process under the SBLiving brand and then completing the
sale of the freehold.
